Changing a door key is one part of settling in. Keep physical keys and digital permissions on separate lists so nothing gets overlooked.

Review keypad users and temporary codes using the product’s owner instructions. Rekeying a cylinder does not reset them.
Include the door from an attached garage. Track garage remotes and shared-building credentials separately.
Confirm each agreed key and opening works, who receives the copies and who controls any connected-lock account.
Canton Street, the Roswell Mill setting and the river parks make the city recognizable. The lock-and-key request usually comes down to a much smaller place: a particular front door, a business entrance or a vehicle in a parking area.
Near the historic district, identify the actual property and entrance instead of using a restaurant or landmark as the whole address. For a business along Holcomb Bridge Road, include the suite and whether access is through a shared lobby. A rear service entrance can lead somewhere different from the customer-facing door.
Roswell Road in nearby Sandy Springs and the City of Roswell are not interchangeable locations. Give the city, street number and any property access instructions when you call. That helps keep a familiar road name from sending the conversation in the wrong direction.
A clear description is more useful than guessing which product to buy. Notice when the problem appears and whether it happens with every working key.
Describe whether the handle moves normally and whether the latch responds. The key, cylinder and latch do different jobs, so a new key alone may not address the fault.
Mention that difference. Door fit and the meeting point between the bolt and frame can matter as much as the lock itself. A repair assessment starts with the whole opening.
Explain when you first noticed it, which keys are affected and whether the door has become harder to close. Avoid forcing the key or assuming an access change will also repair worn hardware.

Yes. Call with the actual address and request. The nearby-area guides provide useful preparation, but they are not a fixed dispatch radius or a promise that every location and system can be supported.
The scope, hardware, parts and access situation can affect the estimate. Ask whether attendance, labor and parts are included and what could change after assessment. Agree to any revised scope and price before additional work proceeds.
